Who is Evelyne Ramelet?

Gastronomic French journalist and authoress of cookering books,  Evelyne Ramelet is living in Marbella for more than 25 years where she recently was chef in her owned restaurant “La cascada”  www.lacascadarestaurante.com

Evelyne starts teaching french and international cooking 10 years ago, both in the South of France, in Marbella or in Paris.
She became a specialist of Spanish, Andalusian as well as oriental mediterranean cuisine so much as healthy nutrition.

Evelyne is member of the French Professional Association of Gastronomy and of  wine (APCIG) and member of Ajecomar (Cooking chef’s association of the Costa del Sol).
